1. Who we are
This website (abdulhamedjalil.com) belongs to Abdulhamed Jalil Group in Kirkuk, Iraq. This page explains how we handle any information you may share with us while using the site.
2. Data we collect
The website is fully static, which means it:
- has no user accounts or logins;
- does not use cookies;
- does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools;
- has no database and does not send your data to any server of ours.
Our hosting provider may keep temporary technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service, under its own policy.
3. Contact form & WhatsApp
When you fill in the contact form, the data stays on your device. The website only prepares a text message and opens WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you tap "Send" inside WhatsApp yourself.
Once sent, your message reaches us through WhatsApp (a Meta service subject to its own privacy policy), and we use it only to answer your request and provide our services. We never sell your data or share it with marketers.
4. Storage in your browser
The site uses your browser's local storage for technical purposes only, with no personal data:
- a temporary flag so the loading screen appears only once per visit (deleted when you close the browser);
- the times of form submissions only (no content), to protect against spam — these expire within one hour.
You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.
5. Third-party services
- Google Maps: the map on the Contact page loads only when you click "Show map". Once loaded, Google's privacy policy applies.
- Social media links: links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
- Fonts, icons and files are all hosted on our own site, so nothing is loaded from third-party servers while you browse.
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only and uses strict browser security policies that block any untrusted code. Because the website stores no data, there is no personal data held through it that could leak.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to delete any messages or data you have sent us by WhatsApp, email or phone, or ask what we hold. Contact us and we will handle your request as soon as possible.
