Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. We give a written warranty on our work and on the parts we fit. The warranty period depends on the fault and the part, and we explain it before we start.
How long does a repair take?
Most simple faults are fixed the same day or within one to two days. If a part is not in stock, we tell you the expected time in advance.
How much does an inspection cost?
We tell you the inspection fee before we start. In many cases it is deducted from the repair cost if you go ahead with the repair.
Can you collect large appliances from my home?
Collection and delivery of large appliances within Kirkuk can be arranged depending on location. Contact us for details.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. We use genuine parts or high-quality alternatives, as you prefer, and explain the difference in price and warranty before fitting.
