Got a question?
My automatic washer will not drain. Do I need a new one?
Usually not. The most common causes are a blocked pump filter or hose, or a failed drain pump — all far cheaper to fix than replacing the machine.
Do you repair the control board or replace it?
We test the board first; many faults can be repaired. If replacement is the better option, we explain the price difference between original and compatible boards.
Do you repair twin-tub washing machines?
