Got a question?
The heater is on but the water stays cold. Why?
Usually the element has burnt out or the thermostat has failed. We test both and replace only the faulty part.
Why does the safety valve need checking?
The safety valve stops pressure building up inside the tank. If it fails or clogs with scale, the heater can become dangerous — so we check it on every service.
My water cooler is not cold. Is it worth repairing?
It may be low on gas, or the small compressor or thermostat may have failed. We check it and tell you honestly whether the repair is worth it before starting.
