Got a question?
I can smell gas from the cooker. What should I do?
Close the gas valve immediately, open the windows, and do not use any switch or flame. Then contact us to check the hose, joints and valves before using the cooker again.
The burner lights, then goes out when I let go of the knob. Why?
This is usually the flame safety valve (thermocouple), which cuts the gas if it does not sense a flame. Replacing it is quick and makes the burner safe again.
Do you repair ceramic (glass-top) cookers?
Yes — heating elements, touch panels and control boards. For broken glass we source the right replacement for your model.
